FABER® network
- FABER is the only allergy diagnostic system with a centralized execution. The blood sampling is carried out in the various centers belonging to the FABER network and then the human sera are sent to the headquarters in Latina (Italy) where they are analyzed.
- The results of the FABER testing are then subjected to an expert evaluation and interpretation producing a medical report in the language of the requesting country/patient.
- Nowadays, there are more than 260 centers included in the FABER network and they are distributed in more than 25 countries (www.caam-allergy.com/en/rete-assistenza) including Italy, Austria, France, Croatia, Poland, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Georgia, Lebanon, Spain, Mexico, Cyprus, Greece, Romania, Canada, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Hungary, Chile, Germany, Panama, PerĂ¹, Iran, Macao, Nigeria, Turkey, Paraguay and Guatemala.
- FABER takes care of diagnostic requests coming from countries where specific allergenic sources are locally very relevant, due to particular environmental, cultural and traditional food aspects. These inputs are welcome and exploited to integrate the allergen panel contained in the FABER system. This aspect is considered important especially now that many people travel very often both as tourists and for other reasons.
