  • Role of cAMP in plants in signal transduction mechanisms under biotic stress conditions.
  • Identification and biochemical characterization of Saccaromyces cerevisiae and of Arabidopsis thaliana genes coding for inner mitochondrial membrane transporters.
  • Use of model organisms (Arabidopsis, tobacco) for gene functional characterization.
