(#29) Scientific Collaborations

Goals / Scopes:

cnr-ibbr shall provide rijk zwaan with accessions from its gene bank (hereinafter jointly referred to as “accessions” and individually as “accession”). parties shall jointly specify which accessions will be provided to rijk zwaan. it should be noted that the agreement is not exclusive and that cnr-ibbr can freely use its accessions and share them with third parties
